International Students

Students will need to meet the University's English Language Requirements as well as the following minimum academic requirements to be considered for admission.

Diploma Pathways Programs

High School Graduation: 50% +

Please note: Students who successfully complete a Diploma Pathway Program may be eligible to enter into the 2nd year of a range of ACU Bachelor Degrees.

Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degrees

Brunei

Two 'C' level passes in the Brunei GCE 'A' level Examination. 

Bhutan

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

An ACU Diploma Pathway Program will meet this entry requirement. 

Cambodia

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

An ACU Diploma Pathway Program will meet this entry requirement. 

China

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

Hong Kong

An aggregate of Hong Kong Advanced Level Examinations (HKALE) scores with a minimum of 10. Advanced Levels are A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1. Advanced Supplementary Levels are A=2.5, B=2, C=1.5, D=1, E=0.5.

Indonesia

SMU III - 7.2

Japan

Upper Secondary School Graduation Diploma. Overall grade average of 80% (4 out of 5).

Korea (South)

Senior High School Diploma with a GPA of 3.5 or qualified for university entrance in South Korea in the SAECE.

Laos

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

Malaysia

Two 'C' level passes in the STPM OR completion of the Malaysian Independent Chinese Secondary Schools Unifies Examination / Senior Middle Three with a minimum score of 65% (Average OSSHGD) or if OSSD must include at least 6 OAC's.

Myanmar

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

Philippines

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

Singapore

Two 'C' level passes or three 'D' level passes in the Cambridge GCE 'A' level Examination.

Taiwan

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

Thailand

Matayom 6. GPA of 3.0

Vietnam

Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program OR successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.

Postgraduate (Masters) Degrees

A Bachelor Degree equivalent to an Australian Bachelor Degree with a pass that is acceptable to the university. Please note there may be additional entry requirements for some programs - see postgraduate courses for more information.
