Eligibility |
An applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules. Apply to relevant state Tertiary Admissions Centre. To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12, or equivalent: Queensland Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales Admission Requirements Honours DegreeAn applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules. To be eligible to apply for admission to the Honours degree a student must satisfy the admission requirements set out in the rules for Honours in the relevant single degree. |
Applicants will require the equivalent of Australian High School completion and an overall academic IELTS score of 6.0 (with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and speaking tests, and a minimum of 5.5 in listening and reading tests. |

Description
The aim of this unique dual degree course is to provide an education in social work that is informed by the range of values specific to religious tradition, and an education in theology that is oriented to the professional values and practice of the social work profession.
The course is designed for people who wish to engage in critical reflection on the churchs theological tradition and its relationship to social work theory and practice. It allows for the requirements for admission to the Bachelor of Social Work to be met through the completion of two years study of mainly theological curriculum.

Professional Recognition
