Description
The Associate Degree in Social Science (Disability Care) course is designed to help people provide quality lifestyle facilitation for people with a disability.
The course content gives students the opportunity to increase levels of knowledge and understanding of the profession, becoming more effective service providers in the workplace. This course is a fully accredited university course.
Career Paths
Employment opportunities as lifestyle facilitators/carers exist in the human service area of disability care. Graduates of this course, who have experience as facilitators/carers, are favourably considered for supervisory/mid-management positions within the industry.
