Eligibility |
An applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules. To be eligible to apply for admission to the Honours degree course, a student must have completed the Bachelor of Midwifery pass degree with grades of distinction or above in at least half of the graded units at second and third year levels or in a postgraduate course. Students who have displayed a high level of achievement in the three years of the undergraduate program may be invited to undertake the Honours degree. |

Description
The course is designed to enhance the students ability to interpret midwifery evidence as a basis to inform practice, policy, guidelines and decision-making. Further it will provide the opportunity to develop skills in undertaking research and to prepare for higher degree studies at the masters and doctoral level.
