The impacts of climate change and striving for a sustainable environment are now a part of everyday life. There is strong demand for expertise in management, rehabilitation, restoration and protection of our environment.
Our Bachelor of Environmental Science will enable you to contribute to the monitoring and management of processes and activities that affect the environment. Graduates are equipped with understanding and practical competence in the scientific, social, ethical, and legal dimensions of the practice of environmental science.
Career pathways
ACU National graduates have become botanists, zoologists, soil scientists, environmental consultants, policy officers and water resource scientists.
As demand grows career pathways are also opening up in more specialist areas such as environmental auditing and assessment, environmental management and environmental sustainability.
