Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Awards

A unique opportunity to establish your international career in Asia

The Prime Ministers Australia Asia Endeavour Awards are a unique opportunity to undertake international study and research related to your Australian degree, as well as gain international work experience through an internship or work placement, building your professional network in Asia.

The Awards are open to Australian undergraduates and postgraduates in any field of study. Twenty postgraduate and twenty undergraduate awards are available each year to Australian students to undertake study/research and internships or work placements in Asia.

Please note: Applications for 2010 are now closed.

Award benefits:
Up to AUD$40-60,000 towards travel and establishment allowances, tuition and internship contributions and travel insurance.
Duration:
Up to 12 months study or research (6 months minimum) and up to an additional 12 months (2 months minimum) for the internship or work placement.
Eligible programs:
Bachelor, Masters and PhD.
Eligible fields of study:
All fields.
Eligibility criteria:
Australian citizens; or permanent residents of Australia
Selected destinations:
China (including Hong Kong and Macau SARs); India; Indonesia; Japan; Malaysia; Singapore; Republic of Korea; Taiwan: Thailand; and Vietnam.
