Graduate Diploma in Ministry
This course aims to expand students knowledge and understanding of current theory and practice in the field of ministry, develop their abilities to reflect theologically on the practice of ministry, shape their own ministry practice and develop the attitudes and skills required for employment and engagement in the ministry and mission of the Christian Church in a variety of contexts.
The Graduate Diploma in Ministry is an exit point for students who commence but do not complete a Master or Doctor of Practical Ministry. The Graduate Diploma in Ministry is available as an exit point from a Master or Doctor of Practical Ministry.
Summary

Description
The Graduate Diploma in Ministry aims to develop competence in the practice of ministry. While the Graduate Certificate allows the development of facets of ones ministry, the Graduate Diploma is more comprehensive, encouraging reflection on the whole of ones ministry, especially through participation in a number of practica. Building on foundational work completed at graduate certificate level and/or through an undergraduate degree in theology, the Graduate Diploma in Ministry provides students with the opportunity to continue, at a more advanced level, their critical reflections on the nexus between ministry and theology, their own ministry praxis, and ways of enhancing their own ministry.Pathways to Further Study
