Social Work
Social workers help people thrive in their environments, influence policy development and assist communities. Social work is a rewarding and challenging profession.
Our new social work course will provide you with an education in social work that is oriented to the professional values and practice of the social work profession which reflect a high commitment to ethical practice, human rights and social justice.
This course will equip graduates to gain entry into the profession and work in Australia and overseas. Because this course is a Master level degree graduates may well find it easier to consider employment opportunities in the USA and Canada. In these countries, a Masters level qualification is required to be licensed as a professional social worker.

You will be equipped with an academically strong foundation of advanced knowledge and skills for the practice developed through critical analysis of social science and social work theories.
