Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management

This course is designed to introduce the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the human resources functions of an organisation, and seeks to integrate the various specialisations within the field of HRM into a strategic framework. It is ideal for practicing human resource management professionals who wish to qualify and for those wishing to enter the profession with a quality practical and theoretical understanding of human resource management (HRM).

Eligibility

An applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules.

To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites:

a. Bachelor degree in any discipline; or
b. at least two years' professional experience in management/ leadership positions.

Applicants must have an overall academic IELTS of 6.5 (with an individual score of 6.0 for all tests) as well as a Bachelor degree in any discipline; or at least two (2) years professional experience in management/ leadership positions.
