Graduate Certificate in Religious Education
This course is for teachers who wish to be involved in teaching religious education.
The course is designed to provide basic certification requirements which will assist teachers in primary or secondary schools to gain fundamental knowledge, skills and competencies needed for religious education.

Description
The course is designed to provide basic certification requirements for teachers who wish to be involved in religious education. It aims to assist teachers in primary or secondary schools to gain fundamental knowledge, skills and competencies needed for religious education.
Students who complete the graduate certificate can continue into the graduate diploma course if they wish to extend their professional qualifications. This course is also intended to provide the necessary specialisation in religious education for entry to the Master of Religious Education course for those students with four years of tertiary study in education which do not include substantial successful study in religious education at the fourth year level.
