These courses aim to enable students to acquire highly informed and developed skills in specialised areas of composition or public performance.
Graduates will demonstrate the capacity to compose and present cohesive musical works or prepare and perform substantial public recitals. They will also demonstrate skills in researching, developing and presenting scholarly commentary.
Performance units include individual tuition with an approved teacher, which may take place at any suitable location, and classes such as master classes, choral rehearsals and workshops.
Composition units include individual tuition with an approved teacher, which may take place at any suitable location. In addition, students may also participate in performance workshops.
