This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. In this course you will be guided in recognising and displaying initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. You will use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
Students need to have Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills at the appropriate level for the course. You will be required to complete a LLN assessment and undergo a face-to-face interview (to assess speaking and listening skills) prior to enrolment in the course. This assessment will provide information to ascertain whether you have adequate knowledge and skills to complete the course successfully.
