Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Course description
The Certificate IV course provides training in the planning, developing, presenting, managing and evaluation of training for groups or for one to one training in a classroom or job situation.  A major part of the course is the planning, conducting and review of assessment.  This course is part of the National Training package for Assessment and Workplace Training and is recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework.

At the completion of the course, participants should be able to:

Course duration
* 10 evening sessions & self study (exercises and assignments).
* The delivery mode can be designed to meet the needs of specific organisations (for groups of 10 or more).

Approximately 15 - 20.
