Course objectives
To give team leaders the conceptual framework, self-awareness and team development skills to develop and lead high-performing, cohesive teams.

Staff with team management responsibility.

Outcomes for course participants
On completion of the training participants will be able to:
* Utilise a conceptual framework for understanding typical phases of team development
* Understand the need to balance relationships with getting things done
* Identify the strengths and weaknesses of their team and their own team leadership
* Implement strategies for enhancing their team leadership and team effectiveness
* Earn/demonstrate trust in relation to team members, and encourage team trust
* Successfully manage their teams through applying effective leadership skills
