Course objectives
To give inexperienced supervisors a clear understanding of their role and responsibility as a supervisor and enable them to effectively set performance plans, coach and appropriately delegate to their staff.
Target audience
Supervisors without previous supervisory training.
Course duration
2 days (preferably spaced 1 week apart).
Outcomes for course participants
On completion of the training participants will be able to:

* Evaluate their own supervisory practices and learn from effective role models
