To better provide service to internal and external customers through better management of people in a face-to-face situation.

Appropriate for all employees (modified for managers).

On completion of the training participants will have developed the skills related to dealing with people face-to-face and will be confident in the knowledge that their personal style is conducive to dealing with others on a face to face level.
