Study Abroad + Community Engagement
Create a powerful dynamic between direct cultural exposure and academic study. Join our Study Abroad Community Engagement (service learning) combination to integrate your study with volunteer service.
Enrol in 2-3 elective units at any of our campuses, and add on community engagement!
Interacting with the local community on several levels will add unquestionable value to your study abroad experience and allow you to put theory into practice. This unit combines 3 weeks of lectures and a 90 hour placement in a not-for-profit community organisation. Reflecting on your experience will be a significant component of the program.

How to Apply:
1. Apply for Study Abroad (1 semester) or Study Abroad (2 semester)
2. On the application form, indicate your interest in Community Engagement
3. Complete a brief sub-application
4. Prepare for the adventure!
