By completing a Library Client Satisfaction survey, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the prize draw. Instructions on how to enter the draw and details advertising the prize form part of the conditions.
Australian Catholic University Limited ABN 15 050 192 660 (ACU) through its Libraries Directorate team is the promoter of the prize draw.
The prize draw opens at 9am (AEST) on Monday 5 September 2016 and closes at 5pm (AEST) on Friday 16 September 2016.
The prize draw may be entered by:
Completing a Library Client Satisfaction online survey (emailed invitation), OR by
Completing a Library Client Satisfaction online survey (website URL).
In order to be eligible to enter the Library Client Satisfaction Survey prize draw, entrants must submit a valid ACU student number upon the completion of the Library Client Satisfaction survey.
One valid entry per person.
Entry is free (other than accessing the online survey which is the entrant’s responsibility).
The prize draw is open only to current ACU students.
The winner will be randomly drawn by Insync Surveys on Friday 30 September 2016 at Insync Surveys, Level 7, 91 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The winner will be notified by Friday 14 October via their ACU student contact details. Their name may also be published on www.library.acu.edu.au and/or www.blogs.acu.edu.au/library/
Entrants have sole responsibility for ensuring that ACU has your current and updated contact details. The conditional winner must acknowledge receipt of the notification or the prize will be redrawn.
Should the winner not acknowledge receipt of their prize by 9am on Friday, 28 October 2016, a redraw will take place at 9.30am on Friday 4 November 2016 at Insync Surveys, Level 7, 91 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The winner agrees that their identity and entry may be disclosed in winner announcements on the ACU website and any other marketing material deemed appropriate by ACU.
The total prize is to the maximum value of $600 and is in the form of an iPad Mini 4.
