Student Loan Application Form

In consideration of the loan granted to me under the ACU National Student Loan Scheme, I hereby agree with the University that:
I undertake that this loan will only be used for educational purposes and that I will pay all applicable student services fees before using funds for other purposes. On or before the following dates I will pay to the University any amount due from me to the University in respect of any loan to me, unless before that specified date a further agreement is made by me with the University as to the terms on which I shall pay the said amount. I understand my enrolment at ACU National may be withheld if these loan conditions are not adhered to and that it may also prevent enrolment at other institutions. I understand that my graduation will be withheld until loan is repaid in full I understand that should I leave the university voluntarily or be suspended from a course of the study before the loan is repaid I will be required to repay the money in full on departure.
