Refunds

Domestic Students

If money is owed to you due to a change in enrolment, this amount will be automatically credited towards your future fees. If you prefer a refund, you must submit an Application for Refund (RF) form.

Approved refunds will be processed at the end of each month. A cheque payable in Australian dollars will forwarded to the students mailing address within 2 weeks.

International Students

Commencing

Commencing international students are subject to the refund and cancellation policy for commencing international students.

Continuing

Continuing international students are subject to the same rules as those applied to domestic students above.

Remission of HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP Debt and Refund of Fees in Special Circumstances

If a student believes they have special circumstances beyond their control which have significantly affected their ability to complete their enrolled unit(s), they may submit a Re-credit of Student Learning Entitlement (SLE) and Refund of Fees in Special Circumstances (RE) form.
