Waiver of Late Fee

If you believe that circumstances beyond your control prevented you from enrolling or paying your fees on Student Connect within the prescribed timeframe, you may submit an Application to Waive Late Fee (WLF) form.

Reinstatement Fee

Reinstatement of enrolment will only be completed on receipt of the Application for Reinstatement of Enrolment (RI) form with a Money Order or cheque attached for the student contribution or tuition fee, including the $100 reinstatement fee and $50 late payment fee.

Dishonoured Cheques

A fee of $20 is charged to the student for a dishonoured cheque.

Replacement Student Cards

One Student Card is issued free of charge. Where a card has been lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement card will be issued on payment of a charge.

Transcripts

Students receive a copy of their academic transcript free of charge upon certification of completion of requirements of a course. Students may make a Request for Transcript (TR) form of their full academic history at any time and these will be issued on payment of a charge.

Replacement Testamur

There is a charge for the issue of replacement ACU National testamurs and for award certificates of its predecessor colleges. To make a request for a replacement testamur, please complete the Replacement Testamur (RT) form.

Graduation

Library Fines

Fines imposed by the Library or other departments within the University will result in the imposition of sanctions but will not cause cancellation of enrolment.

These sanctions remain until such time as proof is received that the debt has been paid.

If a sanction is imposed, a student is:

  • not permitted to receive a result in any program or unit completed
  • not permitted to enrol, re-enrol or vary enrolment in any program or unit completed
  • not permitted to graduate from any program or receive a transcript or testamur
