FEE-HELP Step-by-step

Before completing this form you must read the FEE-HELP Information 2010 booklet which is available at the Student Centre or online at Going to Uni website.

The online FEE-HELP Assistance form must be submitted by the census date for the teaching period. If your form is not submitted by the census date, you must pay the full fee amount on your invoice. Further information regarding census dates is available at Billing Cycle 2010.

To access the online Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form:

  1. Login to Student Connect
  2. Select My Enrolment
  3. Select Enrol into Units
  4. Advise if you have a disability or select Continue
  5. Select Apply for Commonwealth support, HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP Assistance
  6. Select the term you will enrol in units eg 2010 Semester 1
  7. Check your personal details (if your details are incorrect, please contact your local Student Centre)
  8. Scroll down to 8a and enter your Tax File Number if you choose to obtain a FEE-HELP loan
  9. Scroll down to 11 and select your payment option
  10. Tick the I agree checkbox
  11. Click the Submit button
  12. The receipt screen will then be displayed. Print this screen for your records.
