Returning from Deferment
You will be invited in mid October of each year by "Admissions Section" to take up your Deferred place. The formal offer will contain details on how to access Student Connect, enrolment, due dates etc. Upon return from Deferment you must enrol as per the deferred offer, including enrolling by the due date.
You may be sent via mail or e-mail information, on open days, course updates etc while you are on deferment. Please ensure you check your e-mail regularly and update your Student Record should you change your address.
Returning early from Deferment
Semester 1 deferred students who wish to return early must lodge their request to the Admissions Section(docsadmission@acu.edu.au) no earlier than 1 March and no later than 30 May. The opportunity to return early from deferment is subject to the course being offered mid-year and places being available.
If you have been granted advanced standing/academic credit your request to return early will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to places being available.
