Varying Your Enrolment
After you have enrolled for the full Academic Year you will be able to vary your enrolment (add or withdraw units) via Student Connect .
You must be aware of the dates when variations cease in each of the study periods.

Login to Student Connect
-
Select 'My Enrolment' from the Main Menu

Select 'Enrolment Manager'

Select 'Unit Search'
-
Select the relevant 'Term' (ie Semester 1, Semester 2, Winter Term, Autumn Term, Spring Term A or Spring Term B) from the drop down list and select 'Submit'

Select your current course from the Study Path drop down list and select 'Submit'

Select the relevant Unit Code from the available options and enter the corresponding Unit Number (as advised in your Course Enrolment Guide) eg Unit Code=BIOL and Unit Number=117
Select 'Unit Search'
Tick the box in front of the unit with the relevant Location and Mode to select that unit
Select 'Register' to add that unit to your enrolment -
To add additional units to your enrolment in the same semester/term:
Select 'Unit Search' and repeat point 7
When you have finalised your unit registration for that semester/term, select 'Return to Menu'
Note: If you wish to enrol in additional units in a different term, repeat from point 5 -
Select 'Confirmation of Enrolment' to check that you are enrolled correctly. If you are happy with your enrolment, select 'Exit' (top right corner).

Login to Student Connect

Select 'My Enrolment' from the Main Menu

Select 'Enrolment Manager'

Select 'Enrolment Variations'

Select the relevant 'Term' (ie Semester 1, Semester 2, Winter Term, Autumn Term, Spring Term A or Spring Term B) from the drop down list and select 'Submit'

Select your current course from the Study Path drop down list and select 'Submit'

Next to the relevant unit code/s select the drop-down list under the 'Action' heading

Select 'Withdraw from Unit'

Select 'Submit Changes'

When you have finalised your unit registration for that semester/term, select 'Return to Menu'
Note: If you wish to withdraw additional units in a different term, click ' Select Study Period ' and repeat from point 5

Select 'Confirmation of Enrolment' to check that you are enrolled correctly. If you are happy with your enrolment, select 'Exit' (top right corner)
