The results release needs to be completed and returned by 07 October 2011. An extension for the submission of this form has been granted until midnight Monday 17 October, 2011.
This results release should be completed by applicants seeking entry into the following courses. Please tick the box/es which represent the course/s for which you have applied:
Final semester results may not be available at the time of submission of your application. However, it is essential that ACU acquire the results as soon as possible, as these results are required for assessment of your application.
Complete the section below, giving your consent to contact your course coordinator to obtain your final semester results. You are still required to supply a transcript for all other semesters of study and you MUST submit your final transcript when available.
Once you hit the submit button, your results release will be sent to Admissions at ACU.
