accessACU

accessACU is a bonus point scheme open to current Year 12 students. This scheme awards bonus points for entry into ACU based on:

  • high achievement in specific Year 12 subjects, relevant to the course you have applied for, and/or
  • specific geographic residential areas, identified by ACU.

If you meet either or both of the above criteria up to 10 bonus entry points will be added to your Year 12 tertiary entrance score (OP/ATAR) and you will compete for entry to ACU on the basis of this new selection score.

NOTE: To gain entry to any undergraduate course at ACU applicants must meet a minimum eligibility score. For a bachelor degree course this score is ATAR 58.8/OP 18 (or equivalent rank). Attainment of the minimum eligibility score does not include any bonus points allocated under the accessACU scheme and/or the Elite Athlete Program.
