Canberra Campus (Signadou)
Situated about five kilometres from the Canberra city centre, the campus is small and friendly with around 40 staff and 600 students (see Map).
We offer academic programs in arts, education, social work and theology.
Getting here
You can reach us by public transport or car (see Getting Here for more information). There is free parking available on campus.
Facilities and events
Our facilities include computer labs, a library, canteen, swimming pool and chapel. The Student Association organises an annual ball, barbeques, trivia nights, debates and other events throughout the year.
Student Services
On-campus facilities include a student centre for academic and administrative support, counselling and campus ministry. The Yalbalinga Indigenous Education Unit also provides a service for students at the Canberra Campus. Student accommodation
While there is no on-campus accommodation, students have a number of off-campus accommodation options, for more information contact the student counsellor.

ACU National consistently scores a five-star rating for Indigenous Participation and for the high standard of qualifications of our academic staff (Good Universities Guide 2007).
About Canberra
Canberra, the national capital, is set on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin and has an abundance of parks, with a population of just over 300,000. It is a small, well planned city with good amenities and a significant international community which includes more than 70 diplomatic missions.
Canberra provides excellent facilities for study, including access to the National Library, the largest in Australia.
For cycling enthusiasts, Canberra's well-planned bike paths are a great way to get around and there are bike paths leading to the campus.
Average winter temperatures range from 1-11C and summers are fairly warm at 13-28C.
