The Peer Review Process

Papers that appear in these Conference Proceedings with an ® next to their title within the text of the paper were blind peer reviewed in their entirety (not an abstract or extract) before publication by at least two qualified reviewers from the ACU National School of Educational Leadership independent of the author and accepted as suitable and relevant on this basis for this conference. Those papers for which there was one recommendation for acceptance and one for rejection, were reviewed by at least one further reviewer. The papers were then either accepted or rejected by the Program Committee based on these reviews.

The following academics reviewed one or more papers for the Proceedings: Professor Tony d’Arbon, Adjunct Professor Anne Benjamin, Associate Professor Michael Bezzina, Associate Professor Charles Burford, Mr Paul Carlin, Dr Annette Cunliffe, Associate Professor Deirdre Duncan, Professor Patrick Duignan, Dr Jack Frawley, Associate Professor Denis McLaughlin, Dr Helga Neidhart, Dr Annette Schneider and Dr Gayle Spry. The Program Committee thanks the reviewers for their time and care in this process and for the comments they made and the authors for their work in planning and developing their papers.
