Emily Whitehead

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

17-year-old Emily Whitehead decided to take part in EAP as she saw it as an opportunity to get into a highly competitive course.

“I decided to take part in EAP because it seemed like the perfect chance to get a place in my dream course,” said Emily.

With a history of charity work and a desire to study physiotherapy, Emily was relieved when she found out about EAP, which would recognise her community engagement activities along with her academic results.

“I would definitely recommend EAP to others because it allows students to gain a guaranteed spot at ACU, without the stress of anticipating whether or not their final results will make the cut,

“It saved a lot of extra worry and stress towards the end of year 12!”

Emily is now in her first year of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and says although tough, she is really enjoying it.

“Physiotherapy is a very challenging course but I love the practical therapy techniques I am developing,

“I’m really happy that I was accepted!”
