Annabel Pike
Annabel Pike's sporting achievements and fundraising work for charities helped her earn a place at Australian Catholic University (ACU) through the Early Achievers' Program.
Annabel said it was great to be given the opportunity to be considered for more than her marks during the university application process.
“I chose to study nursing because it is a career in which you can display empathy and compassion towards others. As a nurse, you are the one who provides care when no-one else can or will. It is a career where I can make a difference, for the better, to someone else’s life.”
