Information For Secondary School Staff
EAP applications open 13 August. Further detailed information for secondary school staff about the application process will be provided on this page by 6 August, 2012.
Current Year 12 applicants are required to download a Statement of Support Form from the Early Achievers' Program (EAP) website.
It is the applicant's responsibility to provide this form to a senior member of staff at their school, to collect the completed form and to upload it with their EAP application. EAP applicants are also responsible for submitting a statement of community involvement and copies of their Year 11 and Year 12 (to date) results with their EAP application.
If you are asked to complete a Statement of Support form for a student at your school, you will be required to verify the student's school and/or community involvement and comment on his/her overall skills and ability to succeed in tertiary study. You are asked to provide the completed form to the student in a timely manner as applicants are required to upload all their supporting documentation with their EAP application.
