The Vice-Chancellor’s Strategy Group
The Vice-Chancellor’s Strategy Group (VCSG) is a key committee of the University constituted by the Vice-Chancellor and chaired by him. The membership is position-based.
The Vice-Chancellor may invite the attendance of other senior staff when it is considered their input would assist discussion of particular issues. The VCSG provides a significant management forum to consider and discuss institutional issues that span all of the University’s operations.
The VCSG meets weekly with the following membership:
