Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration and Resources) for the following:
Servicing of the Company, University Senate and its committees, and Academic Board and its sub
committees;
Administering the conduct of elections to Senate and Academic Board;
Provision of effective Central Records Systems.
Managing the University copyright and privacy obligations
Overseeing of University’s web pages in respect of the Secretariat.
