The Executive Planning Group
The Executive Planning Group (EPG) is a committee of the Vice-Chancellor which is chaired by him. Membership is position-based and involves all executive personnel. The EPG meets to offer advice and provide relevant input to the Vice-Chancellor on both institutional and regional issues.
It further provides an opportunity for the Vice-Chancellor to brief all of his executive staff on important emerging issues, including major policy decisions taken by the Vice-Chancellor’s Strategy Group. It further acts as a monitoring mechanism for common issues and matters across the institution and free discussion and interaction is encouraged among all members.
The EPG meets five times per year with the following membership:
