Mission Charter Development and Integration Plan for MaterHospitalBrisbane:
This project focussed on the development of a Mission Charter and a Mission Integration Strategic Plan by Mater Health Services, Brisbane Limited, involving the Mater Health Services system and seven of its hospitals in Brisbane.
Review of BCEC, CEO Melbourne, CEO Paramatta, CEO Bathurst and CSO Wagga Wagga
The Centre was required to review the services provided by the Brisbane Catholic Education Commission, the Catholic Education Office Melbourne (the largest), CEO Parramatta and CSO Wagga Wagga. The largest Catholic education systems in Queensland and Victoria respectively.
