Research Services
Director
Director of Research Services is responsible for research services functions including research performance, research grants, research development, research business and research ethics. Director of Research Services works with Research Executives in devising and implementing the research strategy.
Research Performance
The Research Performance team collects research data and manages ResearchMaster and Orion along with providing internal and external reports relating to research data. The Research Performance team works with other University systems areas to support the integration of data stored across the University.
Research Grants
The Grants Unit is primarily responsible for pre- and post- award external research grants administration for external grants that satisfy the Higher Education Research Data collection research definition.
Research Development
Research development provides assistance in relation to ACU internal grants and funding schemes, policies and procedures along with facilitated research and research training workshops.
Research Business
Research Business unit manages research and related business activities that result from the research activity of the University. These principally relate to financial elements, reporting aspects of contractual arrangement and ensuring compliance with post award grants management requirements.
Research Ethics
The Research Ethics Unit is a central point for researchers seeking advice and direction on ethical and governance issues associated with the ethical conduct of research at the Australian Catholic University, providing support and advice to the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC), research academics and students.
Graduate Research
Graduate Research administers research degree candidatures at the Australian Catholic University.
