EXSC391 Evaluation of Outdoor Experience

Prerequisites EXSC390 Leadership Practices and the Outdoor Experience
Teaching Organisation 24 hours of lectures and 24 hours of tutorials/practical per semester.
This unit will focus on the development of methods to evaluate outdoor experiences. Current issues in the planning process through to the debriefing session will be used to model the safest method to plan a major outdoor experience. Outcomes will be set in the context of a comprehensive program and the experience of an extended expedition. Indigenous Australians and their relationship with the land will also be explored.
