Teaching Organisation 24 hours of lectures and 12 hours of tutorials/practical per semester.
In a turbulent environment sports managers face a host of problems in adapting to changing challenges. This unit introduces students to systems thinking as a means of conceptualising problems faced by sports organisations, and utilises the concept of total systems intervention (TSI) as a means of developing effective problem-solving skills.
