Prerequisites EXSC260 Introduction to Sport Management and EXSC261 Sport Policy Making and Planning
Teaching Organisation 24 hours of lectures and 12 hours of tutorials/practical per semester.
This unit introduces the potential sports manager to the basic principles of budgeting and financial control. There will be an emphasis on worked examples and case study to reinforce the importance of sound financial management in the successful development of sport, leisure, and physical activity organisations.
