Prerequisites EXSC120 Mechanical Bases of Exercise Science
Teaching Organisation 24 hours of lectures and 24 hours of laboratory per semester.
This unit applies knowledge of the mechanical basis of exercise science to the analysis and description of basic, adapted, and goal oriented motion. The kinematic and kinetic characteristics of selected movements will be analysed in association with understanding of the neuromuscular aspect of exercise science and the biological material properties of the human body.
