ENVI308 Field Experience

Prerequisites Students will normally have completed all Year 1 and Year 2 units and be enrolled in Year 3 of the course
The University, in consultation with students and host organisations, arranges appropriate placements for students. Field Experience is normally for 15 days in the mid–year period between semesters.
It provides students with a wider range of experiences than those available in a formal lecture/tutorial/laboratory setting and assists them to gain a broader knowledge and understanding of organisations operating in the areas of environmental planning, monitoring, assessment and management.
