EDST616 ICT and Learning: Research and Practice

This unit focuses on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education. Participants examine key questions, themes and concepts for use of ICT in educational environments. They will develop a sophisticated understanding of research frameworks. This unit will have a practical ICT focus. Students will use ICT skills to develop specific solutions for the use of ICT in education. Students will consider the issues of learning theory and pedagogy, change processes, implementation, evaluation and leadership in ICT in educational environments.
