University philanthropy policy

The University may accept donations, gifts or other contributions where they support and enhance its Mission and are consistent with the principles of academic freedom and integrity.

The University will only accept gifts from sources that are consistent with its objectives as specified in its Mission Statement. These sources must not engage in, or have an association with illegal or immoral activities, or such other activities as the University may proscribe from time to time.

The University has articulated a policy to honour benefactors and donors through Naming. We are willing to discuss any such opportunities with you on a confidential, obligation-free basis. Contact us for more information.

Australian Catholic University has committed itself to a Code of Practice for Philanthropy to ensure that the University earns and maintains the trust of the general public, and of donors and prospective donors.
