Catherine Lees is Executive Officer, Strategic Projects in the PM Glynn Institute within ACU’s Office of Government, Policy and Strategy. Her focus in this role is the development, execution and management of complex University-wide projects.
Catherine has extensive expertise in strategy and business planning, stakeholder management, communication management and research in multi-dimensional organisations. Her approach is based on the creative development of ideas and projects, so that results are aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation.
Catherine’s career has been focussed on service industries including the higher education sector, financial services, communications, and consulting fields. During her time at the University of Technology, Sydney she led the establishment and successful implementation of UTS:Alumni and has presented on alumni engagement/advancement in Australian and international arenas.
Catherine is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and effective manager. She is passionate about the potential of others and values integrity and compassion.
