The National Gallery of Victoria on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, was designed by Sir Roy Grounds. Officially opened in August 1968, the completed building was in essence true to the 1960 sketch designs that Grounds had prepared after his study tour of galleries and museums in the United States and Europe. Guests will dine in the beautiful Great Hall which features Leonard French’s stunning stained glass.
