How to get to the Strathfield Campus

Public transport options and timetables
ACU Shuttle Bus
There is a free shuttle bus running between Strathfield Station and the Strathfield Campus.
- Service runs from Monday to Friday inclusive commencing, Monday 21st February until the end of exams then recommencing Monday 25th July until the end of exams
- Bus leaves from “Kiss and Ride” stand in Strathfield Square on south side of Strathfield Train Station, the bus will have Australian Catholic University signage
- The bus stop is at the end of S Block just around the corner from Campus Operations
- Bus leaves every 10 minutes from Strathfield Station beginning 7:30am and leaves every 10 minutes from Strathfield Campus beginning 7:40am
- Bus leaves every 30 minutes from Strathfield Station beginning 10:30am and leaves every 30 minutes from Strathfield campus beginning 10:45am
- Last bus leaves Strathfield Station at 8:30pm (5:45pm during exams, study week and out of semester) and last bus leaves Strathfield Campus at 8:45pm (6:00pm during exam week, study week and out of semester)
Bus
Sydney Buses offer two services - 407 and 483 - from the Strathfield Plaza side of the station. Both services operate at approximately 15 to 20 minute intervals and stop on Barker Road, near the main entrance to the campus.

Train
The Strathfield Campus is located near Strathfield Station, which is one of Sydney’s main interchanges for trains and buses. Trains run regularly to Strathfield Station, which is on the Inner West, Northern, North Shore and Western and South train lines. The University is an approximately 20 minute walk from the station, via Albert Road.

Car
The Strathfield Campus is close to main roads, parking is available on campus and vehicle access is only via Barker Road.
- if travelling west along Parramatta Rd, turn left into Leicester Street, opposite Concord Road
- if travelling south along Homebush Bay Drive, turn left into Arthur Street, before Strathfield Golf Course
- if travelling east along the Hume Highway, turn left into Wallis Avenue.
