MacKillop House Residential Accommodation

MacKillop House provides accommodation for female students in their first year of study at a tertiary institution, apprenticeship or traineeship in the Australian Capital Territory. We aim to provide an environment that cares for the individual student and encourages their endeavours. Preference is given to rural students who are leaving home for the first time.

  • Details:

    Residents enter into a contract for the academic year for the institution at which the student is enrolled.

    There is no reduction in fees during semester breaks.

    Weekly Board - $210

    This is to be paid two weeks in advance.

    Board includes:

    • All meals - the evening meal is prepared each night except Sundays
    • Use of computer lab and wireless internet
    • Use of washing machines
    • Parking

    Application fee - $100 - This must accompany the application form and is non-refundable.

    Bond - $600. This is refundable at the end of the academic year provided there is no damage to the student's room. Should a student resign her place before the end of her contract the bond is forfeited.
