Terms and conditions

  1. Australian Catholic University (ACU) has the absolute right of ownership of the images in all photographs/footage in which I appear.
  2. Australian Catholic University will be entitled to publish, distribute and use the photographs/footage of me in any manner it thinks fit, and, in addition may make such changes, adaptations, arrangements, substitutions, from, in and to the photographs/footage as it thinks fit. In exercising these rights, the University agrees not to cause changes to be made to the photographs that are of a derogatory nature.
  3. I acknowledge that any activities engaged/undertaken by me during the photography/film shoot will be entirely at my own risk.
  4. I understand that ACU may wish to include the photographs in any of its publications and other marketing collateral.
  5. I hereby release you, your employees, affiliates, licencees, agents and assignees, from any and all claims, demands and suits that I may have arising out of the photography, publication or this agreement.
