Australian University Games

The Australian University Games were held at the Gold Coast this week, with over 180 students from across the six ACU campuses attending. 

Teams competed against universities from around Australia in sports including athletics, AFL, beach volleyball, netball, rugby 7s, soccer, swimming, taekwondo, touch football and ultimate frisbee.

Mixed volleyball team member, Renee Franzini, from the Strathfield Campus, said she has had an incredible week at University Games.

"My volleyball team has been amazing! We've really stuck together this week and bonded as a team," said Renee. "Uni Games has been a great opportunity to meet students from other ACU campuses."
