ACUNSA is on the Web
Australian Catholic University National Student Association (ACUNSA) has launched a new website, providing students with a central access point for latest news and events.
The website will bring together all student related activities and initiatives, including information from each of the six local campus student associations (MCSA, SCSA, MAKSA, ASA, SSA and McASA).
Student Senator James Wood said the website would work as a marketing tool for the student associations.
“It will also be a forum for students and a place where they can find easily accessible information that is relevant to them,” he said. “We hope to continue to develop the website and link in with other media such as Wired Radio and on-campus publications.”
ACUNSA is the national body representing all students at the University. It comprises the presidents from each of the six local associations, and a student senator. The student senator also represents the students on Academic Board and is a member of the ACU Senate.
ACUNSA works on a national level to ensure that students have a voice on issues that affect them. ACUNSA also drives a number of projects that improve student life and satisfaction, and organises national events.
